Nutrition intelligence

Track what food is actually made of

Most trackers stop at calories. NutriSense reads your meal in plain language and records the full picture — macros plus 40+ vitamins, minerals, amino acids and fatty acids.

Free to use. Pro unlocks the full nutrient profile.

Track what food is actually made of

Logging a meal takes one sentence

No database to search through, no portion codes to look up. Write it, shoot it, or scan it.

Say what you ate

“Chicken breast 200 g and rice” is enough. Nova reads the quantities, resolves each food and shows you the numbers before anything is saved.

Confirm the entry

Nothing is written to your diary until you tap Apply. You can reject a suggestion, correct a value, or log it manually instead.

Watch the day fill in

Calories, macros and every tracked nutrient update immediately, against targets calculated from your body and goals.

The day, as it actually stands

One screen that answers the only question that matters in the moment: where am I, and what is missing.

  • Calories against a target calculated from your body, not a round number
  • Protein, fat and carbohydrates, each against its own target
  • The nutrients that are short today, before the day is over
  • A day you did not log reads as unrecorded — never as a day you ate nothing

40+ nutrients, tracked every day

Calories and macros are the easy part. NutriSense also follows the vitamins, minerals, amino acids and fatty acids that quietly decide how you feel — and tells you which ones have been short for days, not just today.

Daily nutrient status

Every tracked nutrient against a target derived from your age, sex, body and activity level.

Deficiency insights

Nutrients that have been consistently low across the week, surfaced before they become a habit.

Weekly intelligence

A written weekly report on what your diet actually looked like and what to change first.

Body and goals

Weight, body composition and goal history, with a calorie target that moves when your body does.

Wearable context

Connect Samsung Health on Android and your calorie target follows the energy your watch measured you burning, instead of a formula. Sleep, heart rate and stress are shown alongside it.

Estimates marked as estimates

When a value is an AI estimate rather than a lab number, the app says so and lets you correct it.

Nova reads meals, not barcodes

Nova is the assistant inside NutriSense. It understands how you actually describe food — cooked dishes, restaurant plates, handfuls and portions — and turns that into a nutrient entry with the assumptions stated out loud.

  • Natural language: type or dictate the meal the way you'd say it
  • Photo: send a picture of the plate and get an itemised estimate
  • Barcode: scan a packaged product and log it by weight
  • Manual search: find a food by name when you'd rather not use the assistant
  • Long-term memory: allergies and preferences you tell it once are respected afterwards

What your watch measured, kept separate from what you ate

Connect Samsung Health on Android and the day carries what was actually measured — steps, active minutes, distance, and the energy you spent.

  • Energy balance states all three numbers: eaten, burned, and the difference
  • Your calorie target follows measured expenditure instead of a formula
  • Sleep, resting heart rate and stress are shown alongside, not folded into a score
  • A connected watch with no data for a day says so, rather than showing zero

Measured expenditure never becomes your intake target. Burning more does not quietly tell you to eat more; the two numbers stay separate and both are shown.

The week, once it is a week

A written weekly report on what your diet actually looked like, plus the nutrient patterns a single day cannot show.

  • Averages divided by the days you actually recorded, not by seven
  • Nutrients that were short on several days, not just the worst one
  • A weekly heatmap of every tracked nutrient
  • Each report is written once and kept as it was — last week does not change

Your food diary is not an advertising profile

NutriSense sells nothing about you. There is no advertising SDK, no data broker, and no third-party analytics in the app.

  • Delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, in one step
  • Export your data whenever you want, in a machine-readable file
  • Read and delete anything Nova remembers about you, one fact at a time
  • Food photos are analysed and then dropped — they are never stored in your history
  • Sessions are bound to the device that created them, so a stolen token is useless

What is processed, and why

What you enter

Your profile, your meals and your messages to Nova. This is what produces the analysis; without it there is nothing to analyse.

What the watch sends

Steps, activity, sleep and body composition, only while a device is connected, and only for the days it covers.

Who else sees it

The relevant part of your data goes to our AI provider at the moment you use Nova, and nowhere else. No advertising network, no data broker, no analytics SDK.

Questions people actually ask

Is NutriSense medical advice?

No. It helps you understand what you eat. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and a low reading here is a prompt to look — not a finding. Talk to a clinician about your health.

Does Nova log food on its own?

No. Nova prepares an entry and you tap Apply. Until you do, the card says so plainly and nothing is written to your diary.

Which health services are supported?

Samsung Health and Health Connect, on Android. Apple Health is not supported yet.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Ukrainian and Russian — the interface, Nova's replies, and the food names in your diary. Change the language and your existing entries change with it.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, from inside the app, in one step, with no waiting period. Your profile, diary, nutrient history and everything Nova remembered go with it.

What do I get without paying?

A working tracker: calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates and fibre, barcode scanning, saved meals, the home screen widget, and a limited number of Nova messages and photos each day.
